"The Student Success Librarian will support UNCG students in a variety of ways. They will support UNCG graduate students by coordinating the ROI Internship and Graduate Assistant program. They will hire and train graduate students to provide reference assistance to patrons by chat, phone, and in person. They will collaborate with other departments within the library to provide professional development opportunities for graduate students working in the libraries. They will also collaborate with the Outreach and Engagement Librarian on activities that support undergraduate student success. They will supervise a temporary desk manager responsible for desk staffing and intern support."
