State Archives of North Carolina staff are looking ahead toSummer 2025, and will be offering a few internship opportunities. Project possibilities may include arranging and describing government records, archival processing, and conservation work.
We are eager to work with universities to facilitate internships for academic credit. We request students apply at this link Volunteer and Internship Opportunities | NC Archives (ncdcr.gov) and follow the instructions to complete the application and submit their cover letter and resumes to be considered for the internship of their choosing. We have options for paid internships this summer. Additional unpaid internship opportunities will likely be posted on March 15th.
Deadline for the paid internships is April 1st.
