I’m currently hiring a Learning Systems & Design Specialist at Gladwell Practice Solutions (hired by GO Media, charged by the expertise in Gladwell Orthodontics). UNCG’s Instructional Technology & Design programme immediately stood out as a potentially great talent pool for the role.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who has a few years of experience across learning design, teaching, learning operations or LMS administration and is ready to take on significant ownership.
The role sits at the intersection of learning design and learning technology. They’ll own our LMS end-to-end, build and optimize learning journeys, support digital programme development, use learner data and feedback to improve the experience, and help evolve the platform as GPS scales.
It’s a particularly hands-on role in a small, fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone who is curious, highly organized, systems-minded and enjoys solving problems — not just someone who can build courses.
The role is full-time and on-site in Raleigh, which I thought might make it especially relevant to UNCG students or recent graduates looking to move into the commercial learning landscape.
