My name is Charles Graves, and I serve as the Program Coordinator for the Program Outreach & Engagement for the NC Department of Natural & Cultural Resources. Our office provides program development and technical expertise to DNCR divisions in the management of program opportunities: Small Business Vendor engagement, facility accessibility, and facilitates DNCR’s internship program management.
As a project site host, DNCR partners with the NC Department of Administration (DOA) to provide opportunities for interns to work in the arts, history, natural resources, and cultural engagement. The DOA State of NC Internship Program is a paid, ten-week program designed to expose, engage, and educate students by giving them tangible, real-world experience with various divisions within the department.
