Kaplan is seeking a capable psychometrician to join the Kaplan Assessments psychometrics team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of assessment solutions across programmes, with a particular focus on the Kaplan Test of English (KTE). The role will involve both leading KTE psychometric work and collaborating on wider team initiatives to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the assessment portfolio.
The ideal candidate will combine strong psychometric, computer adaptive testing and data science expertise with technical programming skills to maintain and enhance our adaptive testing platform. This role bridges the gap between psychometric analysis and technical implementation, working closely with IT teams to drive continuous improvement of our assessment system.
